"Account hold with no clear explanation"
My account was put on hold, and I actually couldn’t get anyone to clearly explain why. Support took a while to respond and basically just kept telling me to wait. It’s frustrating, especially when money is involved. I don’t think I’ll be using Prepaid2Cash again.

"Fees felt hidden until the last minute"
I wasn’t happy with the way the fees showed up. It felt like they waited until I was already far along before showing me how much I’d actually lose from the card, which made me suspicious. Maybe I missed something, but if there are fees, they should be obvious right from the start. 1 star from me.

I tried to cash out twice and both times it failed with no clear explanation. It was really frustrating, and the whole process felt like there wasn’t an actual person there to help or explain what went wrong.

"Didn't really feel right to me"
I tried Prepaid2Cash, but it just didn’t sit right with me. The steps wasn’t that clear, and I started feeling kinda weird about putting in more of my info.

Maybe it works fine for other people, I don’t know. I just ended up backing out cause I’d rather use something that feels more upfront and easier to trust.

"Support didn’t really reassure me"
I ran into an issue with my transfer and it took support quite a while to get back to me. Once I had already paid, I started feeling a bit uneasy because the replies I got sounded copy-pasted and didn’t really solve the problem. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely made me trust the process less than I expected.

"Not really worth the fees"
I tried it once, i didn’t feel like the value was there. By the time all the fees were added in, I ended up getting way less back than I expected. It technically works, but the whole thing was frustrating, especially because I kept getting inconsistent answers when I asked questions. One person would tell me one thing, then someone else would say something different. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless I really had no other option...

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been really frustrating. Support barely replied, and when they did it was just—I don’t know, not helpful at all. I just wanted a simple update, but the whole thing has been a mess.

I mostly focused on the rates because that’s the main thing I care about, and they just weren’t good. Maybe there are other features, but the numbers didn’t feel worth it to me.

I tried using Prepaid2Cash a few different times, and for some reason my transactions kept getting declined. Super fun. The app didn’t really give me much of an explanation, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t come away any clearer on what was going on. I’m totally calm about wasting my time, obviously, but yeah, it was frustrating. I ended up giving up and wouldn’t try it again.

I tried using the site and gave up halfway through. On my phone the layout felt all over the place, the buttons were slow to respond, and I kept getting kicked back to the same info page like I was being passed around without actually getting anywhere. I couldn’t tell what step I was on or what I was supposed to do next. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it was just frustrating...

I tried to get through the identity verification, but it just wouldn’t recognize or verify me for some reason. Maybe I missed something, but I’m fairly certain I followed the steps correctly. Ended up feeling like a waste of time and frustrating.

I’m not sure if it was just a glitch on my end or what, but the app was really frustrating to use. It kept freezing when I tried to scan my card, and a couple of times it sent me right back to the start screen. Some of the buttons didn’t seem to load properly either, and the whole process felt more confusing than it probably should’ve been. I’m sure I gave it enough chances, but after wasting a bunch of time, I just gave up...

I got about halfway through and started noticing the same pattern I’ve seen on sites that ask for a little too much info too quickly. It wanted more personal details than I expected, and I just assumed if I was already feeling uneasy at that point, it probably wasn’t worth pushing through. Maybe other people are fine with it, but I didn’t feel secure enough to hand over my information.

"Kept freezing and wasted my time"
I tried uploading my card a few times, but the app kept freezing and even logged me out twice. The loading screen just sat there forever, and after about 20 minutes I quit because I felt like I was just losing time for no reason. it was frustrating and not worth the hassle.

"The bank connection was such a frustrating letdown"
I tried using prepaid2cash, but the whole bank connection part just never worked right for me. It kept failing, or it would kick me back to the beginning like I hadn’t already spent the last 10 minutes trying. I remember sitting there getting more and more annoyed because my bank login worked perfectly everywhere else, so I knew it wasn’t on my end. After wasting way too much time just trying to link my account, I gave up. it wasn’t worth the headache.
